A 28-year-old Mount Morgan man has died after he lost control of a motorcycle and crashed into a vacant block of land at Mount Morgan overnight.
Around 10.50pm the motorcyclist was travelling west along Central Street when he lost control and crashed.

He was taken to the Rockhampton Base Hospital with injuries to his arms and chest.
He later passed away in hospital from his injuries.
Police investigations reveal the man was not wearing a helmet.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or have any dashcam of the incident to come forward.
